Day 8 on weight loss

Always spend your mornings well; that’s an important step in making sure your daily weight loss program is being followed. For one thing, make sure you don’t feel groggy when you wake up in the morning by getting enough sleep the night before. If you intend to lose all that fat, you may want to cut down on those late night parties for a while. Lack of sleep causes your metabolism to fluctuate and you could even gain weight because of it.

Also, keep a positive attitude in the morning. What you feel when you wake up is probably what you will feel for the rest of the day. So, try to take a few minutes in the morning to develop a positive attitude, especially when it comes to your weight loss efforts.

Affirmations refer to saying “yes”. People tend to say no most of the time without knowing how much it affects them. You don’t even have to blurt out this answer to anyone else. You just have to think about these answers in your head, and they can already affect you. If you say no, you are unconsciously weakening your body’s ability to do things. It’s probably even worse than hearing someone else put you down.

It could be worse if it affects you in the morning too, so learn to give yourself an instant reminder to cheer you up on the better side of the morning. Try writing a note in front of your mirror for you to see every time you wake up. Simple statements like “I love myself!” or “I’m going to have a great day today” can do wonders for your self-motivation. Once it becomes a habit, you no longer need to write notes; you will remember these statements when you wake up each morning.

Focus on some of the things that you have the most trouble with, such as your constant desire to eat things that go against your diet or your appearance. You don’t have to lie to yourself, but you can see the bright side of things, like appreciating how much you’ve lost since you started exercising.

Half a bagel with some cream cheese, bananas and a cup of coffee would be a great day to start day 8. Also have a serving of kiwi and grapes later in the day for your sandwiches, while sticking to the salad with olives. and wheat crackers. For something heavier, try the roast beef and potato sandwich.

Here’s one more reason to feel good about yourself: Day 8 marks the day you spent a week of your dieting efforts. Pat yourself on the back by taking a nice walk on the back or walking your dogs, with a jump or a jump every now and then. It’s a nice workout, but an effective goal.
